Terms and Conditions

Guarantee Policy

All reservations made from KLAVEN’s official website must be pre-paid and guaranteed with a valid credit card, which must be presented upon check-in for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be modified or cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival by 6 PM local time to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.

No-Show Penalty

In case of no-show, 100% of the total room charge will be charged.

General Policy

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges. Please inquire at the front desk.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property, except for guide dogs. Guests found bringing pets may be asked to leave without a refund.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and guest rooms. Violators will be fined 200,000 KRW or may be asked to leave without a refund.

Children & Extra Person Policy

One child under 8 years old may stay free of charge using existing bedding.
Extra beds are not provided.
Cribs are not available, but free bed guards that can be installed next to the bed are available upon request.

Breakfast Information

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the hotel’s 1st-floor restaurant.
Rates: Adults 17,000 KRW / Children 9,000 KRW / Children under 8 years old free.

Housekeeping Policy

Room cleaning is provided only upon request by pressing the “Make Up Room” button in the room.
Without request, linen changes and cleaning are done once every 3 days.
Housekeeping hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Security & Lost & Found

In-room safes are available. Valuables can also be stored at the front desk.
Lost items are kept for 1 month if no contact is made, and up to 3 months if the owner contacts us.
Please inquire at the front desk for lost items.

Parking Policy

The hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. Guests are advised to use nearby paid parking facilities.

Internet & Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Wi-Fi ID and password are provided at check-in.

Payment Policy

Credit cards and cash are accepted. No deposit is required; credit card details are recorded at check-in and deleted after check-out.

Noise & Conduct Policy

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. If noise complaints result in disturbance to other guests, the hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund.

Refund & Early Departure Policy

For early check-out due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters (with supporting documents), please contact the front desk. Otherwise, no refunds are given for early departures. Refund processing takes approximately 7 to 10 days.
